CV & Reference Check

Based on your needs, we will evaluate your entire application and provide you with good ideas and tips on additions or improvements, either in a specially tailored meeting or during one of our regular sessions.

We will go through your individual career steps one at a time, advising you on the structure and presentation of relevant and required content. In some cases, the “only” thing that will happen is that we confirm that your written curriculum vitae has the proper and adequate format. We can also advise you on the compilation, evaluation and amendment of job references. In addition, we assist you in dealing with delicate or complex situations and support you in preparing meetings with your superiors and the human resources department.

Even though regulation and the media has caused salary structures to become substantially tighter and more transparent, comparing salaries within their peer group still takes place amongst specialists and managers.

In a personal meeting, we evaluate and assess the status quo and above all the development of your salary taking into account all of the required associated factors. Salary considerations alone should never be the sole reason for a change of company or career path. The results of our meetings will be used in highly specialised surveys. 2014 will be the first year in which we will compile this survey with the aim to set a new standard in the industry.
