The company in Switzerland is seeking an Analyst to:

• support fundraising their infrastructure, equity and debt platform and capabilities and future products to institutional investors in Switzerland, as directed by the Heaf of Business Development Switzerland
• Working closely with the established local Swiss Representative
• Being a part of a global GRG Analyst/ Associate network responsible for supporting theis business working seamlessly with the broader GRG, investment teams cross products; in Europe and Globally

Essential Job Function:

• Preparing and assisting in organising investor meetings
• Preparing, editing and maintaining marketing materials
• Preparing all relevant due dilligence materials
• Working with the team to craft appropriate responses to investor and consultant questionnaires
• Responding to ad-hoc investor questions in a timely manner
• Maintaining online investor data room containing due dilligence information
• Researching and montoring prospective institutional investors
• Helping develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with investors
• Assisting with fund closings including documentation, distribution and tracking, anti-money laundering checks and internal reporting
• Assisting with preparation of fund structuring and legal documentation
• Provides feedback to the business units on market issues involving investors, consultants, industry bodies and other general industry issues
• Comply with all policies and delegations applicable to the activities and decisions required in this role
• Support development and ongoing management of processes that are consistent with excellent and efficient client service, investment processes and investment performance and which provides clear and easy to follow instructions for investors staff.
• Support legal and compliance processes as stated by the company and local Swiss requirements
