You will join the investment team as a fundamental equity analyst focusing on global equity markets with a certain focus on industrials and utilities. You will assist the Portfolio Manager in making investments decisions, including carrying out deep analysis on the relevant companies. The equity analyst will be an active member of the investment team with full opportunity to contribute throughout the investment cycle.
Perform independent fundamental equity analysis
Provide timely and appropriate investment decisions in written and oral form to the investment platform
Actively support the ESG integration and engagement efforts
Develop relationships with the management of companies, sell-side analysts and other market participants
Attend conferences and visit issuers as appropriate
Assist the equity team as needed throughout the investment cycle
University Degree, CFA preferred
Established and demonstrable track record as an equity analyst with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience, preferably on the buy side
First experience in thematic investing is an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate on ideas and recommendations.
Entrepreneurial spirit and high self-management ability
Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
