Responsibilities

You will drive and execute a strategic effort to grow the firm’s client and asset base in the German market across the institutional and wholesale client segments. You will be responsible for building a high quality pipeline through best-in class prospecting and client engagement. Capitalising on your existing relationships and utilising your strategic insights and in-depth understanding of the German market, you will develop suitable targets and opportunities. You will be marketing a full suite of investment solutions including open-ended, closed-ended funds and structured products, ensuring that all products are appropriately targeted and articulated to a viable client base.

To be successful in this role, you will have existing experience in selling private market solutions and a strong sense of purpose aligned with our impact driven agenda. You will have proven investment knowledge and business acumen and will apply your skills to become a subject matter expert on our investment strategies and vehicles. You will build relationships across the organisation and collaborate with various stakeholders including Marketing & Communications, Investment Management and Investment Product teams to deliver the market opportunity.

This role will be based in Germany with regular travel to their HQ in Zurich.

Candidate requirements

  • Strong network and relationships at all levels of hierarchy within the German institutional and wholesale client segments.
  • Successful track record of assets raised with exposure to real assets / private markets in current or previous roles.
  • Previous experience creating a realistic new business plan with focus on prioritised targets.
  • Strong ability to lead the full sales process from prospecting through to closing.
  • Highly energetic and motivated to drive market share in the infrastructure impact investing landscape
