Drive the systematic development and expansion of relationships with institutional investors in Germany and Austria (pension funds, insurers, “Versorgungswerke”, corporates, banks, consultants).

Position and articulate the firm’s real asset strategies in a clear, credible and differentiated manner to institutional audiences.

Manage the full fundraising cycle: market mapping, outreach, preparation of materials, meeting execution, structured follow-up, DDQs/RFPs and onboarding coordination.

Further develop relationships with selected family offices and private banks across the DACH region.

Gradually expand the firm’s presence among Swiss institutional investors, depending on experience and strategic priorities.

Act as primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors in the region, coordinating reporting, information requests and ongoing communication with internal teams.

Collaborate closely with capital formation and investment teams on product positioning, fundraising strategy and market feedback.

Represent the firm at relevant conferences, investor events and industry forums in the DACH region.
