Our client is an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in startups in the FinTech, InsurTech, and Cybersecurity sectors. It focuses on building ecosystems with strong synergies. The client has an AIFM approval with the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority. The initial focus is on launching funds in alternative assets, particularly venture capital and private equity. The first two funds in this area already exist and three more are in preparation and are scheduled to be launched from Liechtenstein upon approval.
