Responsibilities
Manage and expand a defined client network, particularly asset allocators, fund buyers, and key accounts
Position the firm’s fund strategies and develop tailored solutions for existing and new clients.
Proactively manage the entire sales cycle: identifying opportunities, conducting qualified needs assessments, pitching, structuring proposals and contracts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant stakeholders
Present investment approaches, research insights, and performance analyses at client meetings, panels, and industry events
Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Research, Legal, and Marketing to prepare client-relevant materials
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments within the market environment
Candidate requirements
University degree (Economics, Finance, or related fields) or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in asset management sales – ideally with direct access to asset allocators and fund buyers
Strong understanding of fund products, investment strategies, and competitive landscapes
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident when interacting with senior decision-makers
A well-established professional network is an advantage
