Identify new business opportunities, proactively engage prospects and maintain a disciplined and strategic sales pipeline.

Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meeting preparation, product presentations, onboarding coordination and continuous relationship management.

Develop a deep understanding of client needs, market dynamics and regional sales potential; provide structured market feedback to product and marketing teams.

Collaborate closely with colleagues in Frankfurt and other European offices to ensure consistent messaging and efficient client service.

Represent the firm at conferences, roadshows and partner events throughout the region.

Maintain internal CRM and reporting standards to ensure transparency and alignment across the organisation.
